and training in the world famous Hotel and Tourism College
Killybegs and in
the Hotel Lotti, Paris. In 2001 he opened Hillcrest Bed and Breakfast and
followed its success with The Crest Cookery School.
Chef Martin now invites you to experience his quality food at your very own
event.
We provide and arrange the follow services. All locations are fully cleaned on departure allowing you to relax for the rest of your event.

With a selection of menu’s to suit every event and budget, we only source local suppliers and produce.
