"Dear Martin, its hard to believe that it's over a year and a half that we first contacted you to see if you would consider doing the catering for our wedding on the farm. The number of changes to menu that you had to put up with, changes in the wedding theme etc...you had to deal with it all!!!! But you guided us to make sure we had the menu we wanted as well as considering all the practicalities of outdoor catering.

As you know we had been recommended to you by another chef, who told us,” there was only one man for that job". We spoke to people who used to work with you or had sampled your cuisine, they all had only good things to say about your abilities as a chef and an organizer. Martin, all the high expectations I had for you were surpassed, the canapés on arrival, the steaks melted in the mouth, the chicken was so juicy and full of flavor, all the salads were original/fresh and extremely tasty. The dessert was magnificent and the wedding cake was just what Leslie wanted, you have an ability to know what people want even if they don't explain it very well.

Your staff were attentive and professional throughout the day, the fact you bought all the staff up to the farm prior to the wedding so they could familiarize themselves with the place, showed us how seriously you wanted our day to be perfect. Well you pulled it off Martin, Leslie and I will never be able to thank you enough for making our day perfect and I hope the future brings you all the rewards and success you deserve."
